This policy explains how Bara Design and Development ("we") handles personal data on barafirst.com. We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022).

What we collect

Project briefs sent with the website form: your name, how to reach you (WhatsApp, e-mail, phone, Instagram or Telegram), the services you are interested in and your message.
Orders: your name and contact, the services and quantities you chose, any brief and discount code, and the proof of payment you upload (a screenshot or PDF).
Account, needed to place an order: your e-mail address. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name and e-mail address from Google, never your password.
In your browser: your language choice, the services you picked on the order page, a link to your last order, and, if you log in, a login cookie that keeps you signed in for 30 days. These stay on your device.
Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated requests and protect the site from abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to your brief and prepare a quote.
To process your order, check your payment, deliver the work and send your invoice.
To let you see your orders in My orders.
To keep the website secure.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Hostinger hosts the website, its database and our e-mail.
Google, only if you choose "Continue with Google".
WhatsApp, when you contact us there or when we send you an invoice link. New order alerts reach our own WhatsApp through the CallMeBot service and include the order details.
Your bank or e-wallet, for the transfer you make to us.

How long we keep it

Orders, invoices and payment proofs are kept as business records for as long as our accounting and tax obligations require. Briefs that do not become a project are deleted when no longer needed. You can delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Delete your account yourself under My orders, or contact us and we will reply within 3 x 24 hours (working days). Records we must keep by law, such as paid invoices, are kept but no longer linked to your account.

Security

The site uses HTTPS, order links are long random addresses that cannot be guessed, and our admin area is protected with two-step sign-in. Treat your private order link like a password: anyone with it can see that order.

Kebijakan ini menjelaskan cara Bara Design and Development ("kami") mengelola data pribadi di barafirst.com. Kami mengikuti Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).

Data yang kami kumpulkan

Brief proyek dari formulir di website: nama, kontak (WhatsApp, e-mail, telepon, Instagram atau Telegram), layanan yang diminati dan pesanmu.
Pesanan: nama dan kontak, layanan dan jumlah yang dipilih, brief dan kode diskon jika ada, serta bukti transfer yang kamu unggah (screenshot atau PDF).
Akun, diperlukan untuk memesan: alamat e-mail. Jika masuk dengan Google, kami hanya menerima nama dan e-mail dari Google, tidak pernah password-mu.
Di browser-mu: pilihan bahasa, layanan yang kamu pilih di halaman pesan, link ke pesanan terakhir, dan jika kamu masuk, cookie login selama 30 hari. Semua ini tersimpan di perangkatmu.
Data teknis: alamat IP dipakai sebentar untuk membatasi permintaan berulang dan melindungi website.

Untuk apa kami memakainya

Membalas brief dan menyiapkan penawaran harga.
Memproses pesanan, mengecek pembayaran, mengirim hasil kerja dan invoice.
Menampilkan pesananmu di Pesananku.
Menjaga keamanan website.

Kami tidak menjual datamu dan tidak memakainya untuk iklan.

Pihak lain yang terlibat

Hostinger untuk hosting website, database dan e-mail kami.
Google, hanya jika kamu memilih "Lanjut dengan Google".
WhatsApp, saat kamu menghubungi kami atau saat kami mengirim link invoice. Notifikasi pesanan baru masuk ke WhatsApp kami lewat layanan CallMeBot dan memuat detail pesanan.
Bank atau e-wallet-mu, untuk transfer yang kamu lakukan.

Berapa lama data disimpan

Pesanan, invoice dan bukti transfer disimpan sebagai catatan usaha selama diwajibkan oleh aturan pembukuan dan pajak. Brief yang tidak berlanjut menjadi proyek dihapus jika sudah tidak diperlukan. Kamu bisa menghapus akun kapan saja.

Hak kamu

Kamu bisa meminta melihat, memperbaiki atau menghapus data pribadimu, atau menarik persetujuan. Hapus akun sendiri di Pesananku, atau hubungi kami dan kami balas dalam 3 x 24 jam (hari kerja). Catatan yang wajib disimpan, seperti invoice yang sudah dibayar, tetap disimpan tetapi tidak lagi terhubung ke akunmu.

Keamanan

Website memakai HTTPS, link pesanan berupa alamat acak panjang yang tidak bisa ditebak, dan area admin dilindungi verifikasi dua langkah. Jaga link pesanan pribadimu seperti password: siapa pun yang memilikinya bisa melihat pesanan itu.
