These terms apply when you order from or work with Bara Design and Development ("we") through barafirst.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Services and prices
- Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and shown on the order page. Services with a fixed price can be ordered and paid online.
- Larger websites and custom systems are quoted after we discuss the scope with you.
- Discount codes have their own limits (dates, minimum order, number of uses, which services) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Ordering and payment
- Log in, then place your order. Each order gets a private order link. Pay the total by bank transfer or e-wallet to one of the accounts shown there, then upload the proof.
- Fixed-price services are paid in full before we start. Work begins once we confirm the payment.
- The price is fixed when you place the order, even if our prices change later.
- We may cancel an order that stays unpaid. Tell us if you have paid but could not upload the proof.
Delivery and revisions
- Turnaround times on the order page are estimates that start after payment is confirmed and we have everything we need from you (brief, logo, text, photos).
- Each service includes the revisions stated in its description. Extra revisions or changes in scope may cost extra; we will tell you before doing them.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to use the text, images, logos and other materials you send us, and that they do not break anyone else's rights.
Ownership
- After full payment, the final files we deliver for you are yours to use for your business.
- We may show the work in our portfolio, without your name if you prefer. Tell us if the work must stay private.
- Fonts, stock images or tools from third parties stay under their own licences.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel before we start and we refund your payment in full, minus any transfer fees.
- Once work has started, the part already done is not refundable. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund the part not delivered.
Accounts
You need an account to place an order: log in with Google or with a link we e-mail you. Keep access to your e-mail safe, since login links are sent there. You can delete your account at any time; your past orders stay in our records.
Liability
We do our work with care, but our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services such as hosting, banks or social media platforms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will always try to settle any disagreement by talking first.

Syarat ini berlaku saat kamu memesan atau bekerja sama dengan Bara Design and Development ("kami") melalui barafirst.com. Dengan membuat pesanan, kamu menyetujuinya.
Layanan dan harga
- Harga dalam Rupiah dan tercantum di halaman pesan. Layanan dengan harga tetap bisa dipesan dan dibayar online.
- Website yang lebih besar dan sistem custom diberi harga setelah kami mendiskusikan ruang lingkupnya denganmu.
- Kode diskon punya batasan sendiri (tanggal, minimal pesanan, jumlah pemakaian, layanan tertentu) dan tidak bisa ditukar uang.
Pemesanan dan pembayaran
- Masuk ke akun, lalu buat pesanan. Setiap pesanan mendapat link pesanan pribadi. Bayar totalnya lewat transfer bank atau e-wallet ke salah satu rekening yang tertera, lalu unggah buktinya.
- Layanan berharga tetap dibayar penuh sebelum dikerjakan. Pekerjaan dimulai setelah pembayaran kami konfirmasi.
- Harga dikunci saat pesanan dibuat, meskipun harga kami berubah setelahnya.
- Pesanan yang tidak dibayar bisa kami batalkan. Kabari kami jika sudah membayar tetapi belum bisa mengunggah bukti.
Pengerjaan dan revisi
- Waktu pengerjaan di halaman pesan adalah perkiraan, dihitung setelah pembayaran dikonfirmasi dan semua bahan dari kamu lengkap (brief, logo, teks, foto).
- Setiap layanan termasuk revisi sesuai deskripsinya. Revisi tambahan atau perubahan ruang lingkup bisa dikenai biaya; kami beri tahu sebelum mengerjakannya.
Bahan dari kamu
Kamu menjamin berhak memakai teks, gambar, logo dan bahan lain yang kamu kirim, dan bahan tersebut tidak melanggar hak orang lain.
Kepemilikan
- Setelah lunas, file akhir yang kami serahkan menjadi milikmu untuk dipakai dalam usahamu.
- Kami bisa menampilkan hasil kerja di portofolio, tanpa namamu jika kamu mau. Beri tahu kami jika hasil kerja harus dirahasiakan.
- Font, foto stok atau alat dari pihak ketiga tetap mengikuti lisensinya masing-masing.
Pembatalan dan pengembalian dana
- Batal sebelum kami mulai: dana dikembalikan penuh, dikurangi biaya transfer jika ada.
- Setelah pekerjaan dimulai, bagian yang sudah dikerjakan tidak dapat dikembalikan. Jika kami tidak bisa menyelesaikan yang disepakati, bagian yang tidak diserahkan kami kembalikan.
Akun
Akun diperlukan untuk membuat pesanan: masuk dengan Google atau lewat link yang kami kirim ke e-mail. Jaga akses e-mail-mu karena link masuk dikirim ke sana. Kamu bisa menghapus akun kapan saja; pesanan sebelumnya tetap ada di catatan kami.
Tanggung jawab
Kami bekerja dengan teliti, tetapi tanggung jawab kami untuk sebuah pesanan paling besar senilai yang kamu bayar untuk pesanan itu. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian akibat layanan pihak ketiga seperti hosting, bank atau platform media sosial.
Hukum
Syarat ini tunduk pada hukum Republik Indonesia. Kami selalu berusaha menyelesaikan perbedaan pendapat dengan berdiskusi lebih dulu.
